The lady working there is very polite, patient, and professional. I took my 82 years old father there for the citizenship application fingerprinting. It took almost 1.5 hours to be completed since my father's fingerprints could not be recorded easily because of the old age. But, the lady could finally do it professionally.

Knowledgeable staff, patient and understanding. Quick service and excellent communication when explaning the process. Confirmation of RCMP electronic submission with a timeline of when to expect the report emailed within 24 hrs. FBI reporting services is an added bonus. I recommend anyone to use their services for peace of mind.

I highly recommend this company!! I reached out to convert a paper fingerprint form (taken outside of Canada) to electronic and get them submitted to CCRTIS (police clearance) for immigration purposes. I was in communication with Charles and he did an outstanding job!!! He answered all my questions so thoroughly and was so responsive every step of the way. Charles literally went above and beyond!!!! I initially thought this process was going to be such a headache and challenging as we live in Iceland but Charles made this process worry free. The service totally exceeded my expectations!

Visit this place for my finger print, was kinda skeptical at first but the level of professionalism and the expertise caught me off guard. I totally recommend this place. Staff was patient and gave explanation on each steps .I totally recommend.
