Skylight Donuts Drive Thru
Donuts are hit or miss. Never going back though because the lady in the evenings didn't wash her hands after coming back from her smoke break. Also she had a really bad cough. Out of sheer awkwardness I still ordered. The lady isn't the friendliest person either - I get a vibe that my presence is an inconvenience. The location at Bowmanville/Baseline is friendlier and seems to have more stock after 5pm.

First off I want to say that I really do enjoy the food & coffee a lot. I have been coming here since 2014 & have never had an issue but I’m writing this review because of the service I received on Sunday March 12th, 2023. I arrived around 9:00am with my daughter & her father. We were the only ones there. I ordered a small coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, he got a breakfast sandwich & 2 donuts & our daughter got a bagel. The lady was so rude, she scoffed & rolled her eyes at me as I was trying to complete my order & then said “ are you going to order anything else that is toasted”. This is for the baseline & 57 location. She clearly had no idea how to run a smooth operation & kept walking to the back before I could finish ordering! I’m not a fan of Tim Hortons but it’s right across the street, so if this is the attitude I’m going to receive from an employee then I’ll give my business to Tim’s or find another small coffee shop to support instead!

Best english muffin, sausage and egg I’ve ever had. They taste so fresh and delicious. The lady at the counter was sweet too. I’m so glad I found this place. Keep up the quality work guys.

There Salmon sandwich is expensive and plain.There is no effort in making it different from the rest of their sandwiches they just spread the Salmon on the bread and that's it.It would be more attractive for the price if they add some Lettuce and tomatoes. It's not attractive enough for $5

This place is the place to go in the mornings if you don't want to wait half hour and be late for work. Its fast the prices are right and we stir coffee unlike Tim hortons. The staff is very friendly and we care about are customers. The hours have changed along with some food prices. It's a great place to go. You won't go back to Tim hortons again.

Skylight Donuts Drive Thru
We stopped here to grab a quick breakfast and to try some of their donuts. The staff were friendly and helpful as they took us through their menu. We each got a breakfast sandwich and also got half a dozen donuts. The sandwiches were hot and fresh and quite good. The donuts were also fresh and tasty. This was a fun place to stop and we'll look forward to coming back.

I just visited mid day for a decaf coffee and a bagel. They were out of decaf but made a fresh pot for me which was delicious and the bagel was so fresh! Very happy and will be back.

3:35pm June 14th I went here and the young women with red hair was extremely rude giving a crazy amount of attitude. I truly wasn’t happy about it.

I love this place for the product! Great coffee, great food!! I just wish the staff was friendly. Out of the 40+ times I've been there, I've met maybe 2 friendly staff. It sucks feeling like you're annoying the staff when ordering cause it's such a hidden little gem. We say the same every time we leave.. too bad the staff is so grouchy. Oh well, the coffee is worth the 2 minute grouchy interaction so still 4 stars for me.
