This broker was recommended to me by my grandma. If you're in a common law relationship, they won't cover you! I called today and spoke to someone and they said they wouldn't cover my apartment because my boyfriend and I aren't related! The lady DIDN'T EVEN ASK me how long my bf and I have been together nor living together...VERY unprofessional! BEWARE!
