Running Room

I went into this cluttered little dump to purchase some goggles , I wanted to support a local shop.I had reservations about the pair the girl recommended as they didnt seem to seal properly but after her assurances they would be good I bought them for $45 . I figured if she sells the stuff in the store for a living she must know what she is talking about . Big mistake !When I went back to tell her they didnt seal and I had to stop after every length to drain the water she literally didnt expresss and remorse or a solution , just shrugged her shoulders without a care in the world .Thanks a lot running room you can count me as a customer who will never return

Not very knowledgable and very ignorant sales person. Had to drive into Edmonton to get decent service. Very disapointed.

Great service and high quality products....

Just called to check inventory and was told she does not have time to check. No offer to call baxk and...hang up. I guess I get to shop elsewhere. Strange.

Worst customer service. Stood there for a couple mins beside the cash registry with no other customers around not even acknowledged. Seriously? Not my first time there with bad customer service too. Ive had some great experiences at other locations. Will recommend anywhere but this location.

I waited to get my first pair of nice running shoes at the running room because I was told they measure your feet and can recommend a shoe based on that and your gait. When I got to the sherwood park running room the teen sales associate offered to get me what ever shoes I wanted but there was no measuring or assessing. I could have gone anywhere. She also didn't seem to know much about the product. She claimed all shoes were equally stable and all shoes could be used indoor/outdoor didn't make a difference... I did end up buying some shoes after trying non half the stock but next time I'll just order online.

I ended up here yesterday afternoon as I was shoe shopping for new work shoes. Before coming here, I went to Sport chek as they’re closer to home for me. Sport chek definitely had a huge selection to choose from, but of the seven pairs I wanted to try on, they had ZERO in my size. It was quite frustrating.At The Running Room, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the lady working was very friendly, personable and helpful. She asked for my budget and only recommended shoes within it. She made me feel really comfortable while shopping which is really important to me. I tried on five pairs and found the perfect one. The whole experience was great! It’s definitely a smaller location, and so there wasn’t much to choose from, but I will definitely be going back when I need my next pair!Thank you!!

Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came in looking for shoes and accessories that would help relieve and manage my plantar fasciitis so I can get through a workday on concrete

Got great help from the sales lady to get me into a really comfy shoe for running on the treadmill.

Small store, but has great hours and friendly/helpful staff.
