We purchased and had them install all new windows (19) in our 30 year old house. They were great to work with including technicians and office staff. Attention to detail and knowledge of government programs was very helpful and made the whole process go smoothly. Highly recommend this company if you need new windows!!

I had a bay window out in last Friday . I wanna say they did an excellent job and sent the most friendly guys! The customer service from the office, right down to them coming Was a very good experience for me and now it -25 out and it’s warm as warm can be. We had Scott come to our home as we needed to replace our large kitchen window of which the seal had broken. Scott is precise, intelligent and has a great sense of humor. We were also having difficulty with our sinlge hung windows throughout our home. Scott ensured us they would be easy to fix with new hardware. Mike came to install our window and fix the other windows. Perfect job done! Mike also assisted us in getting our oversized couch through the window and down to the lower level of our home. Mike is precise, intelligent and went above and beyond any expectations. Both Mike and Scott are incredible humans that go that extra mile without hesitation. I highly recommend Window Masters for any of your window and door needs. If we ever need anything we will most definitely contact them again!

Thank you Window Masters for my new triple-pane glass patio door, and picture window with an opening insert! What wonderful upgrades from the original double-pane glass! They definitely keep more of the winter cold... and no doubt summer heat out.The install was a big job... but thanks to Jason, it was completed with excellence... right down to the last detail of puttying the nail holes in the trim. And everything was neatly cleaned up... inside and out. I would highly recommend this business. Their installer, Jason, is a true craftsman. I couldn't believe the difference with my new windows in my old house. The conditions were difficult, to say the least, but Jason, was determined to complete the work and leave behind a project he was proud of and I was delighted with. The company stood behind him all the way. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the results.
