We usually always go to this location when we renew or need to update our information. This last time was exceptional when we needed to get a temporary insurance permit for a new vehicle that we had purchased in BC and to drive it home to Winnipeg. At the dealership in BC the information was very confusing and when we called Zachary he was able to help us get what we needed to ensure we had the correct forms and insurance to drive the vehicle back to Winnipeg. Zachary (and Chantelle who was also a big help too) were exceptional to deal with. Above and beyond!! BIG Thanks!!

I have been going to the plessis and regent location for years. The last couple times going the customer service has been really disappointing. Very disorganized, the first time I waited 3 days for a call back. This last time I was told to wait in car to be called in. Waited 45 minutes for a call, never received a call and they just decided to close. Very disorganized.In regards to your comment that you tried contacting me, there's no way your employees tried. You should check your employees call history, you won't find my number in the history.

Went to ensure my ATVs through the got toys policy stood there for a half an hour answering questions till they asked who will be riding the ATVs I said my wife my grandson a couple of friends !the The guy then asked me for their four licenses so that I can insure my ATVs!! I was mortified I just walked out do not recommend a Plessis Dowling. They are not required as they cannot be ridden on the road! long story short I insured it through Autopac and Saved 400 hundred dollars!

Dealing with MPI and Autopac is never fun or easy, but I had the pleasure of being served by Debra S at this location yesterday and it was the most pain free experience I've had yet. We did it all...from transferring vehicle insurance to my name, to renewing my license, to replacing my lost drivers. She was organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. I will always try to get to this location for my insurance needs from now on.

The ladies at this location have always been very patient, informative and professional during any of our dealings. Many times going out of their way to ensure that their customers walk out happy. I drive half way across the city to visit their office because the autopac agency close to me has extremely poor customer service. I will only deal with Wyatt Dowling for my insurance purposes!
