What a refreshing evolution of teaching!! ,Coursetter,is a fantastic way to learn or refresh old idea's with new innovation's and different ways to handle the everyday work place task'sAlthough I have found all of the 7 course's I've completed ALL ended in pure satisfaction that I've learnt useful career traits that I can use in my everyday work place issues , and I've booked for two more useful course'sfor the futureVery refreshing, comfortable atmosphere to learn in, I would recommend taking any of the Coursetter's course's available.Coursetter has enlightened and brightened my future and my thoughts and goals.

I recently took 3 courses through Coursetter. I feel that the courses I have taken will better my chances at a successful new career in sales, customer service, and possibly an order desk. Taking courses through Coursetter you really learn multiple ways helping yourself and others. I came in with expectation here is another course to fill the resume. But instead I left with more gratitude, growth and motivation within myself. Coursetter is a great choice for those looking to get some additional training that is affordable and informative. I really enjoyed my time in the classes and would recommend them to anyone looking to gain some knowledge in the fields they are choosing for their careers.

I have attended 5 courses booked 4 more. The instructors are very thorough and researched with each topic. I have confirmed I am doing some things correct and learned a lot of new strategies in to advance my career goals. They have also think outside the box, which has expand my employment opportunities. High recommend their programs. Excellent information and presentation.

I've taken many courses over the years, everything from public speaking to sales but the courses I've taken through Coursetter out shines them all! The class is small, up to 5 at the most, so you get that individual personal attention and support you need. The instructors are down to earth and want to provide you with the best program possible. With Coursetter, classes are lively and interesting, so you find the course doesn't drag along at all. Also you'll notice that not only are snacks refreshed throughout the day but breaks are every hour or so and the lunch meal they provide is actually in a restaurant!Through Coursetter I've been taking courses centered around sales, but their approach has been totally different than what I've learned in the past, it's focused on today's customer and what they expect, really, a true breath of fresh air! I mean really, we're all customers too, right?Coursetter has broken the mold on the sales transaction, gone forever are the days of high pressure selling so without a major change in the sales strategy, the salesperson who's been using hard-nose high pressure tactics will soon find themselves out in the cold, mostly because of the ever increasing online sales platforms eroding the old sales mindset. Coursetter has taught me very valuable lessons in adapting to this new sales arena we all find ourselves in today.Would I recommend Coursetter? Instructors are very knowledgeable and convey the material in a very timely and efficient manner. These teaching methods stem from their experience as teaching professionals while they were employed with Alberta Education. They offer a wide variety of courses that are useful in real life situations and they are able to taylor the material to the individual because of the small class size. Would highly recommend!

Attended the Professional Supervisor and Conflict management classes with Coursetter and found them very informative and worth every bit of my time. Classes were well organized and enjoyable/entertaining not the typical dry read from the book or powerpoint class that we're use to. Instructors were awesome. Very polite and friendly making it very easy to discuss your perspectives and opinions in class without fear of being wrong or being put on the spot. Very glad I had the opportunity to attend. I love the choices in Courses, the instructors are incredible, And they really like to make you feel at ease for comfortable learning. 8 full fledge courses and I’ll be back for more.
