My grandma went here they tied her down to the bed did not allow her to get up for 12 hours she got a bed sore and had to go back to the hospital because of how she was treated. And did not give her medicine after she had a four way bypass

Great staff and loved the attitude. I know it has been drastically improved but as a first time guy. It is a safe place

Almost 10 years ago I went to a meeting at Thorold Group and got a desire chip because I couldn't stop A great guy there drove me to detox (adam st) as I had no where to get help. The staff were so kind to me and helped me get into a rehab program too! Thank you all for your help i am alive still and sober

The first time I went for alcohol detox it was a pretty uncomfortable experience at first, but the staff there makes things much better. They will help you with your problems if you are looking genuinley for help. They give you place to detox, 3 square meals and are very nice people. You will see many different people come in and out of there with various different problems. They are there to help you if you are looking for it and a registered nurse is on site. Thumbs up for the work they do there it takes knowledge and courage to do the job they do there. It worked for me.
