Nordic Fence Edmonton

I had contacted Jared to complete a gate for us months ago. I was sure to try and get them to schedule early in the season because I know how busy these companies get. We supplied measurements and he responded with a drawing. We liked what we saw and said yes let's move forward. How much and when? Didn't respond. I tried repeatedly for a month or more by email to get a response with no reply. So I called the office. I was transferred to Jared and he seemed rather put off when he realized who I was. He scrambled a bit and told me he could see several unread emails from me. He then said he'd get back to me with another drawing. This never came. Honestly I'm over it and we won't use them for this or the upcoming dog run and pergola we wanted. Don't waste your time. It's obvious they felt this was beneath them because it wasn't a full fence but then just say so. If you don't want to waste your time then be upfront and don't screw me out of finding someone else before everyone's booked for the season. Anyway, Go somewhere else and you'll actually get your request completed in 2023.
