Bingemans Catering & Conference Centre

My family and I purchased tickets to the Easter brunch event from their brunch series for 2022. On the morning of the Easter brunch we called to say that we couldn’t make it because our son was experiencing COVID symptoms and we didn’t want to go and risk spreading it. Bingemans was immediately accommodating to our situation and offered to send us a “home package” with free delivery. We had no idea what to expect and when it arrived we were beyond impressed. They packed up a generous portion of everything on their brunch menu for our family of 5 to share. Everything was delicious and went beyond our expectations. We will be purchasing tickets to the rest of their brunch series now based on this experience. If you were debating on buying tickets, I highly recommend!

Had a blast appearing in costume for a holiday themed corporate event! So much fun interacting with the kids and families - and the facility was top notch! Friendly staff, very clean, large rooms and ample parking!

Nice space for large functions. Food is good. Can be decorated in many ways and large parking lot outside.

We just ordered Thanksgiving dinner for the family from Bingemans Catering and Conference Centre and it was really terrific. Why didn't I know about this? We had the full turkey dinner experience with all the trimmings. We were stressed about cooking and preparation and this solved all of our problems. I basically called and spoke to Laurie who helped us fill in the online order form. She is terrific and made some really good suggestions like - less salad and more cookies - and Laurie was right on. The kids couldn't believe the desserts and cookies. Payment was super easy online and we picked up everything from Chris at the commissary and he was super-friendly and helpful. We are already planning Christmas this way because, I actually got to talk to guests because we weren't stressed about the meal. Well done Bingemans and well done Laurie. Lots of great food and everybody had a great time.

Good place for function with huge parking space.

I was here for my second dose of COVID-19 Vaccine Shot today and must say an awesome location to plan your work related conference. It has a lot of space and a huge well lit hall/auditorium. It also has a lot of space for fun activities.At this outset, I am indebted to thank the Region of Waterloo for organizing the Vaccination Drive so beautifully and such a good location. Thanks a lot!!

Went for Conestoga Convocation, Spacious and well maintained.

The service and catering was fantastic. The dinner was pretty good. The overall atmosphere made for a special evening for all who attended. Though, I wish they offered drink service to your table. I was unfortunate enough to be furthest from the bar and I'm not good in heels so my disabled date did the fetching. Otherwise this is a great place for any type of event, they can easily set any mood.

Conestoga College arranges their convocation here. It was a really good experience, the ambiance was perfect and the staff was well trained and polite. I enjoyed the food too.
