Wow. We came in and waited for over an hour. The manager or lady at the front with pink hair said they're really busy. They're not. Half the alleys are empty and have been for over 30 mins. We asked for updates and she says she's making calls? To who. People not here?! Won't be back and don't recommend. GET ASYSTEM/Buzzer SYSTEM like restaurants use. You say first come first serve yet you're calling people not here? Lost clients for life. We were a party of 10.

Worst customer service EVER and ever!!! If you are planning a party with KIDS, then do NOT go there! The guy named STAN? from front desk need a customer training! Seriously how come he got this job with 0 respect and caring to the customers? His face looked like everybody owes his money or something! So disappointed and regretted to have chosen here to have our lovely weekend family time RUINED!PLEASE find somewhere ELSE with some nice and /or even standard customer service.

Our church youth group and parents came one evening.We had fun. It is a great facility for families.Staff quite helpful. The place is well run and clean.

Was assigned lane 31 but the balls weren’t being returned. Went up to the front desk several times before finally being assigned a different lane. Overall a pleasant place.

Great place to hang out with others. There is an arcade with a decent amount of games, food from the Monkey 9 Pub and a small drink bar beside the front desk. The staff is friendly and the pricing is fair at $40-50 per hour without rental fees ($5).Update: The alley now runs a Monday and Thursday special. Mondays have a three hour special for 25$ but requires at least two people for a lane, and Thursday has buy one get one hour.The alley has both 10 and 5-Pin bowling.

Lanes and tables were clean and bright. The equipment was in good shape, including the shoes and balls.Would be neat to maybe have some background music. (Maybe that is just a late night thing).The food was pretty good (Monkey 9 Brewing) (we had the cheese pizza and salt and pepper wings - with blue cheese & hot sauce dip on the side), the service was really good and fast. The pitcher of beer was good too!It's been years since we had been, and it was great, we will go back!

Bowling 9/10. Standard fare, no complaints.Mens bathroom -5/10.Yes, negative five. The urinals don’t flush. WHY?!? You have a bar. You serve beer. Apple scented air fresher just smells like air freshener and urine. I see a hole for a fan but I bet it doesn’t work.It smells like a barnyard. One of those corporate owned feed lots.Fix this. It is not acceptable. You tried waterless urinals. It failed.Accept it, make changes, move on.

Megan have some terrible ego/attitude problem. When my friend brought it up to her she got very defensive and started insulting her. This is a fun place with a nice atmosphere for a fun night of bowling but we don’t understand how a person with such bad customer service stays employed.

It's alright. The lanes are not standard sized lanes and the balls aren't standardized either. Lanes aren't oiled properly either. If you bowl regularly, expect a lot of gutters.Good for kids though.
