My daughter received a snowboard that was too small for Xmas purchased at nomads. When I called and asked for an exchange I was told that my call would be returned as this was too complicated a question for whoever answered the phone. After not receiving a call several hours later I called again and was told there was nothing they could (or would) do to help.Luckily the awesome people at “Industry Skate and Snow” traded me for the correct size after hearing my story. Amazing customer service and they always have the best selection and prices!

I didn't get both of their names unfortunately but today, two wonderful, polite, well knowledged guys put a new set of handlebars on my son's scooter. They trimmed it to his height and put the grips back on. His old handlebars had snapped right off, but they got him back in the bowl on the same day. He needed new bearings too all while we waited, which I really appreciated as we come from Blackfalds.Beautiful, clean store full of everything you may need for all things skateboards, snowboards, bikes and scooters. Clothing shoes backpacks you name it. We will be back next time we need something!

Great customer service! I bought my pink impala protective gear online, it came fairly quickly but it was too small for me. They had no problem doing an exchange for me, I sent it back to them and I got my gear in the perfect fitting size even quicker than last time! Would def recommend buying from here!

Always had good service here but recently took my kids bike for a tune up that cost over $100; the firs time she rode it, one of the pedals came flying off and she wiped out badly at the bottom of the hill. Will be calling to speak to someone about this awful experience. Would not recommend you take your bike here for any sort of tune up or work.UPDATE: we took the bike back to Nomads and they fixed it for free. The following day, the opposite pedal broke off the bike. Just not feeling confident with the quality of work that was put in on the bike for the cost of the service.

I had a wonderful experience. I came in twice. Once to try on my skates and once to buy them. I was helped right away both times. The guy was able to find my size in my color. I was never pushed to make my purchase. I went back the next day and got the skates. They are absolutely wonderful! For like a dreams.Thank you for all the help.
