Love my new quartz kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops! Great service, quality, and workmanship from Valley Master Mason.

We were wanting our kitchen countertops and island surface replaced with quartz. Valley Master Mason was recommended to us by a neighbour who had used them several times previously. The showroom is great in that you can see and choose your actual slab of stone. Chris is extremely knowledgable, and was very helpful in guiding us to the best options. We finally made out choice and Chris came to our home to take measurements. The technicians came and installed the counters and new under mount sink. We are very pleased with the result, and with the entire experience from start to finish. Recommend!

5 Stars! Prices are affordable for full slabs, and you can buy random cut pieces too (Granite, Quartz, Marble), available in smaller sizes for cheap. We bought a huge chunk of Granite for our fireplace hearth for a tiny fraction of the cost. Open to the public, with a nice showroom too!

Beautiful countertops and great customer service until something goes wrong. This is my first review of anything ever because it hasn't sat right with me since it happened. Within a year of having the counters installed my husband nicked the edge of our island counter with a dinner plate(plate did not break) and a very large piece of the countertop chipped off. The piece that broke off was about the size of a Toonie and deep into the counter. It was very noticeable and is in our main workspace so we see/feel it multiple times every day.We reached out to Valley Master Mason in hopes they would be able to help us considering the counters were less than a year old, and Quartz is supposed to be virtually indestructible. It is unbelievable the damage that was done from a dinner plate that didn't even break itself in the impact. We were under the impression that there must have been a pre existing crack or something in the slab that made it that weak. Maybe this isn't the case but either way the damage that was done should not have happened from a dinner plate.I emailed them to let them know what happened and ask if there is anything they can do. They were quick to respond that they were running a little slower because of the pandemic and told us to keep the part that chipped off and that they would come and try to repair it. Great service, very knowledgeable staff, wonderful selection. Just a slam dunk!! The installation was very detail oriented. The team was organized, clean and did an amazing job. This was the best granite job we have done in the last 5 homes we remodeled. Chris was amazing at visualizing the exact look we want and the huge 16ft island.

This company was 10/10!!!! We were so impressed with their professional expertise and service that was above and beyond. The quality of our new countertops is exceptional and I just can’t recommend them highly enough. Oh and the price was WAY below my first quote- WAY below!
