We purchased a TV system from Carlos. Right from the time we walked in the door he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient .He showed us many choices of TV'S before we made our selection.We had our TV delivered to us. The two gentlemen set up our system. They where polite, friendly and answered all the questions we had for them. We would highly recommend purchasing electronics from Kawartha TV. Customer service at it's best.

Had to go in at 30 mins to close yesterday - with 2 small kids - my sales guy Mitch (sry if that's wrong) was amazing. Helped me get in and out with ease - answered any questions - offered some knowledge. First time customer- and I'll be back for sure! Plus a 2 year warranty? Amazing.
