Terrible customer serviceEvery rotten lady that works there hates their job. The manager is just horrible and rude. We had issues with out bicycles 20 min after buying. They have no return policy for it and can only repair. The manager just made things more difficult and gives attitude. If you hate you job so much find another one instead of treating customers poorly. We're calling corporate and writing letters about this.. hope the supervisor and manager gets fired.We had no apology call from the manager or an update on our two bicycles of the repairs.Karma will always find its way though rest assured

I love Canadian Tire and the service and prices are competitive. For e.g., I bought 1000 three inch deck screws for about $45....Home Depot was about $5 more for the same screws. With inflation.... Everyone needs to save$$$$$,

It is one of the oldest stores that I have been buying from. They have removed the gas station, but the propane is still available and limited mechanical services, too. Staff is usually nice and helpful.

Great clearance deals here. It's good if you know what you are looking for, because it's difficult to find anyone to help. I needed a plumbing part and asked if there was anyone to help, but no one came so I left.

Was shopping around, when all of a sudden an employee chases me down the aisles saying that I need to bring my backpack to customer service. When I asked why other women were allowed to carry big purses around, apparently mine was just “too big” and this is their store policy. If your store policy requires your shoppers to give away their belongings so they don’t steal from you, you will lose a lot of business. I walked away and took my business elsewhere, to a store that won’t assume I’m a thief from the minute I walk in. This is not the way you conduct business in any retail industry. Disgusting behaviour from employees, makes the shopping experience undesirable. By the way, my backpack had my wallet and water bottle inside; not any of your products.

I recently bought 2 winter tires from this location. The speed of service is excellent. I was welcomed with a smile. Karen was very knowledgeable. The total experience was pleasant and I wish the best of luck to all of the staff since this location is going to be closed down.I look forward to servicing my car again hopefully Karen will still be there at their new location as she did an excellent job. I highly recommend Canadian Tire services as they are professional.

It is a smaller Canadian Tire, so aisles tend to be a bit more cramped and not as much inventory.It was a little confusing when it came to checking out and the exit door. Got turned around a little bit then. The person on the register was very friendly and cheerful.Overall, an ok Canadian Tire.

Very unfriendly staff. Everyone judge me by my skin colour. Needed to ask the return policy on item. Supervisor send me to customer services desk. Went there and said hi to three associates. None of them answer me. They started to stare me like I came from jungle. No greeting no friendlyLook. No helpful staff. No eye contacts. I felt like I am in a country where no one speaks English. I will never visit to store again

This Canadian tire is smaller than other Canadian tire stores . Much tighter space which they manage to keep them clean and tidyLots of clearance items to be seen . Seem like a summer sale happening here in this store ..Staff was friendly and fast ..It has a gas station /garden section and a ramp for elderly and disabled ppl ..

Horrible service, I bought a microwave oven which turned out to be too small and didn't rotate the pop corn pack and burn the paper and the grains wouldn't burst. They did not give me the option of money back and only allowed me to change it for another microwave but really the other models were super expensive compared to Walmart, in order not to lose my money I had to change it for an overvalued one, they do not give opportunity for a gift card or change for another product. I decided I will never shop at a Canadian Tire again.
