We are building a house and ordered our appliances well in advance of being needed. Patrick was awesome in his multiple follow up calls to see how our build was progressing. Such great customer service. Highly recommend asking for Patrick!!!! Appliances arrived with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use Trail Appliances.

Amazing experience! Very nice showroom. Our sales guy Patrick L was very knowledgeable and had great advice when we entered the showroom with a list for a house and suite. Patrick put together a very good qoute with competitive pricing, no parts and accessories that are required for the appliances missing on the quote, and sent it off to us in a timely manner. Customers service was 5 star! Highly recommend!

First time shopping at Trail! Their show room is very nice, ALL of the Staff were so kind and very helpful! I kinda knew what laundry centre I was looking for Michael H. was very informative of their products and possibly lead times. Michael H. helped complete the transaction and was able to see they had our selection in stock and would be eligible for delivery later this week. Friday we had our new unit installed and old machines hauled away! The Delivery team was very polite and made a hard job look easy. We live in a townhouse and they had to hoof it up two levels! Definitely will be a returning customer!

STAY AWAY!Definitely not the same place as it used to be. Was recently in this store to buy a new Electrolux washer. We knew what we wanted but were greeted by a saleswoman. She told us she was new, which is fine but she knew absolutely nothing about the products & would talk so anxiously. Management clearly needs to give her some help & perhaps start with product knowledge before throwing salespeople on the floor, or have someone shadow? We had to do our own research on features between the models as she didn’t know. Anyway, we had seen the washer for cheaper elsewhere but when we asked if they could do any better on the price, the saleswoman told us they can drop the price from $1299 to $1215. The saleswoman told us that the list price was $1299 when in-fact that was the price for the titanium colour not the white ($1249). In reality, we were getting a $35 discount. The sales manager kept walking by and showed us a lesser model that he could sell for a blowout price of $899. What he failed to mention is that its a discontinued model. We understand they don’t need to discount at all, but atleast treat people with respect.We came back the next day and spoke with the manager, who was not only rude when asked about their “price match guarantee”for the top model we wanted, he clearly didn’t want us as customers. We were told “go buy it from them then” & that their price match is only “to where they can” so not really a price match guarantee then is it? I even showed the estimate from Canadian Appliance Source, but still wasn’t good enough. We were willing to pay more to buy it locally, however, we were happy to leave once we were clearly not welcome unless paying their price. We counted 9 salespeople being there on the Saturday we went in, and we were the only customers.There’s plenty of places available to shop in this day and age, and this definitely isn’t one of them. I’d recommend Canadian Appliance Source for an honest, reliable, pleasant & cheaper alternative. They beat Trail’s price by $200 and was frustration-free.If 0 starts was an option, that’s what they’d receive.

Customer Service still exists at Trail Appliances. We went to many different places that have lost this Artform. Gary in Abbotsford is the person to go see if you need appliances. Was helped by Pram with getting a new dish washer and garburator. I told myself i'll leave a review after months of use. Its almost been a year and have had zero issues. Will be coming back with fiance for new fridge and and stove in the near future.Update 2020: I purchased a Samsung Range to match my fridge. Pram helped me again and got me a great deal. It delivered today and the entire process was flawless. Thank you!Update 2021: Once again Pram helped me and I was able to get a good price on a dryer that fit our older system in home. Thank you again it works great.
