I leased 2021 brand new Atlas and was happy with the deal I had, but that happiness never last long!!- Before my first anniversary, I was one off the unlucky people whom experience the safety harness faults, and it needed for a repair under the warranty which is okay no issue till now- The problem that the car needed a spare prats which was not available for more that 2 months, so VW had to put me in a loaner car and here was my pain started.- They put me in a JETTA, however I'm eligible for ATLAS as the same I've, but for over more than one month they couldn't able to accommodate me which was a big pain for me as we're a 6 members family sharing only 1 household car!So every time we had to go out we've to leave someone behind.- I spoke many times with the customer service, however they failed to fulfill my needs- I asked to change my lease payment for that situation as I'm paying for an ATLAS lease as well as I've JETTA, which is unfair as well as a fair compensation for all inconvenience I passed through- Spoke with (Kotashia) one of the supervisors, and she admitted that a compensation for that matter will be applied at least one month of my lease, which I much appreciated her understanding, and she promise that the compensation will applied after I received my car once repaired.- I got my car back after 6 weeks of pain, THE END- Don't surprise they disappeared !! No compensation, no calls , nothingfor more than 2 weeks of trials to reach (Kotashia) she disappeared as well as no update on my case on their system!!!- Shame on you, to destroy VW reputation!!- Hope that your CEO is aware of your actions- Was happy with my car, and recommended for my friends and family, however now will end my lease and never come back.- Thank you VW you're the worst ever!!

They are not responsible for their dealerships in BC, sell cars with fake VW certificates saying that breaks are well but they are in rust after 40K mileage.Poor customer service… good to know where do not buy future vehicles…Cars with roof leakes… see pictures. This is 2017 golf with 40K km..You didn’t learn lessons after a dieselgate…

Dealt with customer service for Audi for 3 weeks now. Most terrible experience ever. Being promised a call from the supervisor 3 times, no one ever called back. Total disregard to customers.

Worse customer support of any company in my 40+ years of driving. My Ford is 1/2 the cost of my Audi, and customer support is 10x better. They don't know the product, call me at wrong number (and title), use private and unknown numbers. Most of the time you have no idea what they are saying, do you very bad phones system and poor English. Do not read case history or fail to log information, 3 cases opened now for over 6 weeks, not even close to an answer, on a new vehicle. Don't buy a Audi, if you're expecting any support from central.

You have poor service at your dealership in West Island Montreal and we have been emailing you regarding their service as they cannot repair our Audi Q5 and you weren't able to resolve the issue, we have informed your President Vito, CFO... what else can we do?Very disappointing service from Audi Canada!!!

The worst experience ever I had buying a car. I had several vw during last years, there were no major issues. But in 2021 I ordered Golf R and the sales person told me it takes 4-5 months to get this car. Now it is 18 months from that moment, the delivery date was postponed several times, what they say now is that it is not likely I get my car even this year, nice" job VW

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from your dealership. My Audi Q8 has been in the shop for a busted alternator for weeks now, and I have not received any information about when it will be fixed.Despite numerous attempts to contact your dealership, I have not received any response or update about the status of my vehicle. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and it is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.I purchased an Audi Q8 with the expectation of exceptional quality and service, but this experience has left me feeling let down and unsupported.I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and provide me with a realistic ETA for when my car will be ready. Additionally, I expect you to improve your communication channels and ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicles.I hope that this public post will draw attention to the issues I am facing and prompt a swift resolution to this matter.

Absolutely AVOID VOLKSWAGEN LIKE THE PLAUGE.I bought a 2015 golf tsi. With 54000km in 2018. Upon purchase 401 dixie vw put a new turbo in the car.Now November 16th TWO WEEKS out side of my warrantee period, the shotty work performed by 401 dixie vw has resulted in a second bad turbo in the car as well as a bad thermostate.I am now faced with a 7000+$ repair bill. TWO WEEKS out side of warranty. This will be the THIRD TURBO in the car BEFORE 100k km.I have attempted to contact vw protection plus, as well as vw customer care canada, but have been told nothing but lies or bounced between reps.I planned on upgrading to a gti and then an eventually the R . That is not happening now. It's unfortunate because I have been a lifelong GOLF driver, and have personally been a factor in my father and 3 other members of my family purchasing VWs ( 5-6 total).Yet VW doesn't value their customers enough to even meet half way and cover 3500 of the 7000 repair bill.So now I'm left with not option but to warn any potential customers, be it via Google reviews, my 300 Co workers or 30000 fellow union members.Brilliant financial / customer service decision making happening at VW canada.

Nothing below a 1 so i settle for this. Let me tell you my story with VW folks. I write this after settling my emotions and being level headed. I bought a VW Jetta 2019 comfort line from Pickering VW. I was sold a trash car, but ya know its german and not a civic so i had high hopes for the quality. To begin, it made a gurgling sound from day 1. After some recalls the car was supposed to have issues resolved. But no, thats really not the end because then it would be too easy. My car started to leak oil and would not start. My car was out of warranty, so I started to go to local mechanics so they could help solve the issue. No one would touch my car. Their words, “yeah we don’t touch that car, take it to the dealership”. I took it to VW dealership. It had a manufacturing fault (diagnosed by a VW dealership auto service supervisor). His words, “this car has been coming in with a lot of issues”. After i confirmed that I had done no wrong and it WAS A MANUFACTURING fault I calles customer service. The girl prerended to care and then straight up told me nah you on your own. So I thought eff it let me get this fixed. The auto service supervisor did 2k worth of work on it to replace bloody cam shafts. Cam shaft issues are uncommon in cars that are only driven 3 years. So i took that hit came home and thought this is behinf me.But NO, as I write this the car sits leaking oil all over my driveway while i stare at it and type this out. Nowhere to turn to and thousands of dollars down I contemplate my next steps.I want everyone to read this and understand that VW is garbage. It is a trash car that they sold. Manufacturing faults are not our faults. These are VW faults. Google has multiple class action lawsuits against this particular model.Avoid buying VW. I will recommend to everyone I know and whoever reads this to steer clear.Dont be me.Peace and love to everyone…except VW…hopefully you all take many big loses in the future.

Honestly regret buying a VW. Have to get the heatercore replaced again after only 2 years of ownership (2014 Passat TDI). Literally since day 1, I've had issues with the glowplug light coming on flashing and putting my car in limp mode. Sunk $1000+ into trying to get it fixed, and still nothing. Now I'm on the hook for $230 rental that I had to get get because my car was basically undrivable with the CEL and Glowplug light on at the same time. Had to bring it in for diagnosis, and get a rental because I work out of town. Get the car back after 4 days, NOTHING WAS DONE. Supposedly head office put a stop order on heatercores that they're working on a fix" for it. So now I'm back and forth with VW about getting ANY form of compensation for the waste of money of having a rental for 4 days for nothing. They DENIED it. If any work was actually done
