My cat passed away today I called them & was refused told to go to my vet.. vets are closed. But they do offer cremation services so why couldn’t they take my cat now and she’s going to be left till Monday or Tuesday till somebody opens up I will never support these people ever or adopt from them

Not happy with there decisions on how they choose to euthanasia .My mother had passed away and I unfortunately couldn't take in her cat .now her cat was unfixed and I had mentioned on the application that she pees on things here and there.... and for that reason they made the decision that there only option was euthanasia .I couldn't turn in a 6 year old cat knowing that. . . .If you need help with cats I used .(ninth life)They helped me find her a home.

Lost my best friend, luckly he was found in the Etobicoke shelter, he was well taken care of and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, also they went the extra mile with making sure he was okay (Vaccination, health ect), wouldn't want to meet them again (BC lost doggo) but I'm glad they were there!

Found my sweet girl, Pickles, at this shelter. She is a joy to have. The shelter itself was clean, the animals did not sound distressed. I hope they all find their forever homes ❤️

I've shared multiple concerns about my neighbors dog. I was only told I had a personal vendetta against my neighbor. Despite having my dog aggressively attacked by their dog twice in a span of 6 months (she'd keep her unit door open). It was easier to break my lease with all the written proof I had than to expect any intervention by animal services. They will allow aggressive dogs to attack a minimum of 3 times before intervening. You're better off buying yourself a can of dog spray if you truly want to protect yourself.

The staff were helpful on the phone and in person. The animals appeared to be well cared for. We adopted two older cats there. Facilities were clean and bright.

Have used thrm many tines over the years adopting.They other night on Mon found a dog running around our place very friendly had a collar on .Went to animal services ,scanbed the dog found the owner they called i brought him to his homw An the staff was fantasric
