Worst customer service , most unprofessional attitude I ever seen from health care service provider. Don't ever try to visit , try somewhere else if possible. There is no option for zero start that's why giving one star.

Terrible experience. The only warm/friendly people I encountered were the receptionists.I went for my 19 weeks ultrasound and the baby was sleeping - so I was asked if I had chocolate? I was so confused. The technician explained that it could stimulate the baby and get it to move but her attitude inferred that I should have known this. She was RUDE. Anyhow I ended up walking around in a gown for 20 minutes with a full bladder. At this point this was already 2 hours after I had drank my first glass of water. I was SO uncomfortable and I got no sympathy from the technician.I asked if she could tell me the sex of the baby and she said no, it's not their policy, that I'd have to wait for my test results and go to my doctor.Once I was back on the table the baby was still not moving much so she advised that the doctor would most like me call me back - no way. I won't go back there. The table was very hard and flat. At the other clinic where I usually go, the table is softer and angled so it is easier to get on and off of. When I told my friend about the experience she said where she had gone she had the same problem with her baby sleeping/not moving so the clinic she went to had candies/chocolate handy to keep things moving.I ended up going back to another clinic for the ultrasound where I was comfortable and they were patient waiting for the baby to turn and got some quality shots of the baby too. The technician asked if I wanted to know the sex of the baby and I said yes and it's a BOY.When CML called me back for the recall - I said NO THANKS.

Get ready for dehumanizing service! Staff went out of their way to help me feel worse, amazing. No compassion. Top marks for heads being firmly lodged up a rectal cavity. Wouldn't tell me if I was having a girl or a boy because they said I might abort my darling baby. So offensive. These people are literally the worst I have met in the medical profession. Also had a HUGE problem with husband sitting beside me for the scan, told me it was fine and when I got there they said he can only sit with my for the last 2 minutes. This was the worst experience of childbirth.

I wish I can give zero stars.

People who takes appointment on phones doesn't know if they are open on Saturday.. ? Who would know thenOn Thursday .I went there for ultrasound.. I am pregnant 20 wk I have all rights to know..I get it if technicians cannot disclose .. After my request to mention it for my doctor they didn't even wrote anything in my reports . my doctor and I am still clueless about the sex if my baby .. Such a waste of my time my doctors time and now I have to go somewhere else for ultrasound.. Screw u Oxford lab . so unprofessional
