This company is a sub-contractor for Home Reliance Comfort, and failed to show up to their appointment. We spoke on the phone at noon, and I waited by my door for 5 hours and not even so much as a phone call to cancel the appointment or tell me why he bailed. I would strongly suggest another company if you want proper service.

Terrible customer service twice over in terms of sub contracting for Reliance Home Comfort. Went an entire weekend without hot water, having to call repeatedly, being told they were too busy"
