Full makes for Dr. Matthew and his crew. For one thing, their hours are very helpful if you work a full time job. The staff at the front are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Matthew know is craft. Dr. Matthew has an excellent bedside manner so if you're looking for an experienced and thorough Pediatrist look no further. Great job!

I'm unfortunately compelled to leave a negative review regarding the services provided at the Associated Foot Clinic / Yeg Foot Ankle Inc., managed by Dr. Matthew Turanovic, and staffed by front office Sheryl and Michelle.Our encounter began with a diagnosis of Plantar Fasciitis and a promise of specialized orthotics within two weeks to alleviate the painful condition. However, it has been over a full month since this guarantee was made, and the promised orthotics are still nowhere in sight. Regrettably, we received no communication regarding any potential delay or subsequent issues in shipment.Despite making multiple follow-up inquiries, we received no response from Dr. Matthew Turanovic himself, or even an apology for the inconvenience from Sheryl or Michelle. Their silence extended over a month, a period that saw a painful escalation of my husband's foot condition to knee and lower back pain, which was entirely avoidable with the right advice and follow-up care.Had the medical team shown basic professional courtesy by informing us about the delay, providing alternate therapeutic options, or even expressing regret over this, we might have been more understanding. Unfortunately, none of these mitigating steps were taken.Considering the above, I feel we have no choice but to take the matter further and lodge a formal complaint with the College of Podiatric Physician of Alberta (CPPA). It was my sincere hope that this issue could have been resolved in a professional manner, and that some effort would have been made to correct the situation or compensate for the inconveniences caused.I strongly believe in patient rights and the responsibility of healthcare professionals to uphold these. It is my hope that this review persuades potential patients to consider their options and prompts the clinic to reevaluate their approach towards patient care and communication. To the management and staff of Associated Foot Clinic / Yeg Foot Ankle Inc.: you can, and should, do better.

My experience with Dr. Turanovic was better than I could have asked for. From my consult to my surgery and then the follow up appointments, they were all done with thorough care. I felt I was given all information and options and was not rushed in any way to make decisions. I have never experienced a surgery where you have your surgeon present at every visit as well as his phone number at your disposal in case you have questions. The environment was stress free and relaxing. At every appointment I was made to feel comfortable and I would recommend Dr. Turanovic and the staff 10/10

Think twice before seeking treatment at Associated Foot Clinic and Dr. Matthew Turanovic. My promised orthotics were delayed by over a month with no explanation, apology, or alternative solutions. I've had an issue with both my feet for some time now, I tried finding answers at many different places and came up empty-handed until it tried here and they knew exactly what my issue was the first time I came in. They very accommodating to my needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to find answers.

I seen Dr. Richard Bochinski and was very happy with his explanation and diagnosis. The lady’s working the front desk were great as well. Waited a year for appointment (alberta health problem) thankful for some answers. Keep it up everyone! Great clinic.

I had a terrible experience, been a client for years spending thousands on orthotics. Last year had an issue with one pair of orthotics which they did not want to service under warranty. Not only did they make it difficult to present my point of view, they accused me of lying. When I tried to book an appointment this year, holding no grudges, they denied me service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I recently had a wonderful consultation with Dr Matthew. He took the time to explain everything in detail, addressed my concerns and gave me multiple treatment options. He was very knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. Will absolutely return and recommend to all my friends and family.

Drove 30 min from outta town and paid 65$ first time fee. Went in as i had extreme foot pain. Doctor checked me for maybe 30 seconds and said im fine. Then when i asked ah thats all u can do for me? He just tried to sell me a painkilling needle or custom foot pads$$$… This guy is a salesman not a doctor clearly. Now im 65$ poorer and still in pain…. Do not recommend this place
