All three teachers that we had in the past year are just amazing. They are patient, professional, and great with children. Ms Jill and Ms Melissa are full of positive energy and very patient to my child who is slow to warm up. The management team also has given me good impression at first. However, as recital approaches, it seems like that managing the studio especially during recital season is just too much for them to handle that they are unable to solve issues and brought lots of negative emotions to the intersections with parents. This just snowballed all issues and made the situation even worse.Communicating and problem-solving with the management team have been very emotional torture for myself and other parents in my child's class. Just to speak for my own interactions with them and things that I have witnessed, it was a big SHOCK to me when I was informed that the total cost of a toddler constume is $125 only 3 days before the recital at the first rehearsal. I accepted the price at first because they explained that the high price is because these constume are customized made for each kid, and they have to pay for American taxes, Canadian taxes, the shipping and duty because it is ordered from the US. They also said that the constume company is a reliable supplier with whom the studio has been cooperating for years. Besides, they made it clear with numerous emails and announcements to parents in the 3 days between the first notice of the fee and the recital date that kids who don't pay the fee in full are not allowed to join the recital. I feel that I have to pay for the cost although I think the notice is too short and price is much higher than previous years because my child has practiced the recital dance for months and is very looking forward to the recital.However, later in the rehearsal, I started to feel concerning when I noticed that the constume has been causing itchiness and red skin for kids including my own, and it is just too small for some kids in the class. It was also just unbelievable for me when hearing from other parents that the manager said to a parent whose child's constume is just very clearly too small when all the parents including myself saw it that the constume fits just perfectly

Didnt know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised. Kudos to all the hard work all performers put in!

Sheila and team have always been so accommodating to our family. My daughter has been coming to the studio for 2 years now and she loves her sessions. The teachers are attentive, knowledgeable and really make the experience engaging for kids.

My daughter loved this place. She enjoys all her classes. During the difficult epidemic period, it is not easy to keep this dance school going. We are very thankful.

My daughter has been attending several dance classes for a couple of years, and she is loving it. Teachers are awesomely caring, friendly, and easy to talk to. Their year-end performance is always too good to watch. The main goal I wanted my daughter to achieve from this dance class is to become outgoing, motivative, and confident, and she has become more than my expectation. Great experience.

MONEY GRAB EVERY CHANCE. SIMPLE AS THAT. I agree w Julia Chen 1000%. My daughter loved going to dance classes with Ms. Jill and Ms. Melissa. HOWEVER, the owner and the management team is very unprofessional. She sends numerous emails threatening me to pay extra fee of the costume $75 which was way over what I was told when I registered my girl or else they are not going on the stage. And custom fit? My daughter’s costume was way too small. And on the day of the recital, all dancers had to buy $28 tickets to go in the theatre. My daughter is 3 years old. She can not be on her own. One parent was furious and started yelling at the ticket lady. I was SHOCKED. It was a GONG SHOW. None of this was given notice ahead of time.Not only that, classes were cancelled last min, had sub teachers for few weeks who didn’t know the dance moves, and tuition fees increased 2times within a year, it was a mess.

Our daughter just started dancing here this year and has really enjoyed her class and especially the Alice in Wonderland recital the whole studio performed in.

My daughter has been taking a Hip-Hop class at this studio, which has been a wonderful experience for her. The instructor is knowledgeable and patient and provides individualized attention to help each dancer improve their technique. The studio itself is well-maintained and spacious, allowing everyone to dance comfortably. I recommend this dance class to anyone seeking to enhance their skills and enjoy a fun-filled experience!
