It's Wendy's so you have a bar of which you expect. I will say that the server in the drive through on this past Tuesday night went above and beyond. Her attitude was fantastic and I was a fan of her sarcasm. She even was kind enough to warn us about the exceedingly hot fresh frys, something other locations just dont do. The food that night was a bit better then most Wendy's I've been too.

Counter service fine. I understand everything is getting more expensive, but the food was really poor today. The burger I had was not fresh at all.

I usally come here for drive-through. The staff is friendly and nice and my order gets in on time. So far i never had problems. the food is hot and fresh. The wait time in drive-through is resonable. if there's traffic on oxford its a bit hard to turn into the location.

The one on Richmond and Oxford. The lady at the window never smiled or said thank you. She looked like she rather have been somewhere else on a Wednesday evening. When I asked for a receipt I felt like I had 3 heads from the way she reacted. We waited 3 mins for our order. Was given the drinks and frosty first but no straws or spoon while we waited. I asked for a spoon or straws , they will be in the bag" and she walked away. Very abrupt and ill mannered. This is the first time I was served this way. This is our main location. That server looked new but hoped she had a better rest of her shift or quit. She was not very nice at all. My son and I go often cuz the meals are always fresh and great healthier choices but will have to think twice going to that location. I don't like to be treated like I was the reason for her being miserable. She could have been more polite . Honestly i don't like having my son around negative energy too. I'm sure he felt it. Customer Service is a hard.industry

Blonde girl with pink tips gave me attitude at the window I was nothing but nice gave order for salad with no chicken when I said you gave me chicken she turned around said “ you can ask nicely “ I thought I asked the nicest I could of when originally ordering it …manager laughed with her while I was at the window this person working for this franchise should honestly be re trained ….one word CUSTOMER SERVICE

It was a good place to eat. I just had one strawberry slurry or whatever it is called. It was good. It was ice cream but a little bit like a shake. It was lovely and staff was good.

I never leave reviews for places, but Richard was phenomenal. His personal literally made my week. He lit up the entire restaurant on a super late Sunday night

One of the better Wendy's in town. One of the safer and cleaner fast food joints in the city's downtown. Staff are courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are always clean. Thanks to all the staff for making my visit each time.

Brie is the most fantastic Wendy’s employee I’ve met in 39 years. What an absolutely wonderful person. The way she greeted me was so kind, but furthermore she went out of her way to help me with the Wendy’s app I was struggling to use, and her kindness was so genuine. Awesome employee!
