We worked with Kyle and his team to finish our basement and couldn't have been happier with the results. Kyle was extremely professional and a great communicator. His sub-trades were all fantastic. We had a good experience working with KM Construction. Kyle has a real can do" attitude plus the skills and knowledge to follow through on his recommendations. We have an old house which always has surprises for the pros we hire for repairs or upgrades. In this case we needed to replace some windows and Kyle's recommendations and the installation met our expectations perfectly. If there were surprises in this case

Superior workmanship. Prompt, Clean & Courteous. Did a superior job on our bathroom renovation. Could not be more pleased. The KM team did an outstanding job making our vision a reality. Highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to hire for any other project we may do in the future.
