WORST experience I've ever had in my entire hair life. The girl that did my hair was super cold, and made me help her do my own crochet hair so that she could leave by 9:00PM.The staff was rude and unfriendly, and they made myself and another girl feel like I was going to get them in trouble for keeping them there past 9, even when I asked them upon booking the appointment whether they would need more time, in which case I would book on a weekend than a week night. The person doing my hair told me that I needed to go faster with assisting her because we have 20 minutes left before closing." Huh?????They did not finish my whole head

They now have Keracare products for natural hair which they never had before. Wish they would sell Keracare detangling shampoo and conditioner.Also wish they sold Ecostyler (black tub) in something lower than an 8 hold, makes hair too stiff after 3 days of use can't get a comb thru it.
