I bought two pairs of pants. Sylvie helped us with that. She is best at costumer service very kind and polite.

I was served by i think Marie-France blonde hair... anyways best service I've ever had. She knows her product. 5 star to her!!!

No place to sit….what type of shop doesn’t have anywhere for people to sit while waiting.

I would give 0 tard but there is noption to do so. Busy Saturday afternoon... 20 people folding clothes 1 cashier. 20 minutes to pay for a single jeans. Abysmal service. To avoid.

Small shop but good service and good selection

Seeing my husband being a victim of racial profiling due to the Levi's store at Montreal Premium Outlet has forever hurt the image I have of the brand.We were shopping there today and found a belt that he liked. He tried it on, it had a nice fit and look, and we put it back, thinking we'd shop around and come back if that's still our top choice. At no moment while we were at the Levi's store did any employee greet us or offer us some help.However, they sure did find the time to send an associate to follow us to a different store, claiming that he stole the belt he tried on. He has to open his coat and lift his clothes in the middle of that store to prove his innocence.This is utterly unacceptable.Right after, we returned to Levi's to understand why that happened, and the store manager dismissed the situation. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and do not intend to shop at Levi's again.

I didn't end up buying anything here but the CS is amazing! I forgot the gentleman's name but he was wearing a Michigan t-shirt, his service was exceptional and he seemed knowledgeable in Levi's styles and products! Wish more stores had the CS I experienced at this Levi's!

Employees don’t know their limits.. they were coming up to us every two seconds.. following us around... That isn’t great customer service, let the customer be, they’ll come up to you if they need something...

Staff was a great help... Pretty good selection
