Order every Saturdays, it was a bit delayed today but the pizza came out perfectly. If you saw the way that dude was making the pizzas and running around, you wouldnt mind the wait, i tell you.

Horrible service . Got under cooked chicken wings !!! And two burnt pizzas and customer service does not care and asked for pics that i sent and keep saying i did not send ... Do NOT EAT Here very bad pizza ! WINGS NOT COOKED WELL UNDER COOKED !!

Ok. So I have been to this location at least half a dozen times in the last couple of years since my Family's Tattoo Shop Ace & Sword moved in behind them.Always great friendly service and always great food !!!Today was a perfect example of the quality of the neighborhood here.I walked in mid afternoon to grab a couple of slices. I was greeted with a supper friendly hello.As soon as I ordered I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at the shop as I had ridden my bike in this afternoon.I spoke up and said I'd be back in two minutes as I had to run and grab my wallet. Before I had a chance to head out the door another Pizza Nova patron spoke up and offered to pay for my food.Joe, I want to thank you again for your Paying it forward" !!Great people in a great neighborhood and of course great food !!!"

Despite the oily residue of the panzerotti and its sauce being slightly overwhelming, the food was decent and the service was pleasant.

Food was OK on taste and customer service too. Please cook pizza properly so those toppings can get cooked. Only cheese get melt is not a sign for pizza get cooked.We were there almost 3 hours before closing but by the behavior of the guy it looked like he didn't want to serve us. But as store was opened he took order and made pizza but the pizza was not as per the Pizza nova standards.
