quite a surprise place! A fine dining italien cuisine. Excellent in all ways. The grilled veggies plate is not on the menu, still you can order it.

My partner and I went here to celebrate Valentine’s and really enjoyed our night. The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. We enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the crudo - we were impressed with how well the flavours fused together! Pasta was also delicious. Not a fan of the maple mignonette but the oysters themselves were great. Overall, a remarkable restaurant. Would recommend!

Cool secret hideaway resto/bar at the edge of old Montreal Quite the serpentine route to get there. All wines were fantastic. Oysters where fabulous, super fresh, loved the soya sauce/maple syrup mignonette, Snow crab appetizer was delicious, found the fois gras dish boring. The venison was a beautiful piece of meat, but not cooked to to my taste (too rare, no crust). The lobster risotto was more like a soup and the rice was undercooked. I felt the wait staff to be uninterested Interesting experience, would recommend but would not go back.

It was for my one year anniversary and I had a bad experience with the food. The service was fine but the food was terrible. Braised lamb pasta was undercooked and had no flavour, the lobster risotto was cold and before anyone says we waited, we started eating it right when they brought it because we were so hungry after having the smallest portions from our appetizers. Brought both dishes back after one bite and called it a night. Was very disappointed for our first time and will not be coming back.

Blown away by the food and service. Everything we ordered was delicious but the stand outs were the lobster risotto and bucatini pork. The risotto was flavourful and creamy while the lobster was delightfully bouncy (perfect cook).The bucatini had great al dente texture and the sauce was deep and complex.Service was friendly and courteous. Ex. They offered the couple next to us the option to keep their plates warm while the lady waited for her partner to come back from the washroom. For us, every dish was explained in detail and our dishes/glasses were always cleared when finished.Would come again!

My God! This place was so F…ing good. The food was just unreal. Everything. The rabbit, the burrata, the pastas, the risotto and the steak. Everything was too notch and I also would add that their espresso martini is amazing. Highly recommend it if you are in Montreal.

Tasty upscale Italian. Dishes were well executed and portioned. Menu didn't break the mold with its creativity but all courses landed for us. Solid wine list with some rare finds.

Le Serpent
One of my best experiences in Montreal. This is now one of my top 3 favorite restaurants. The service and ambiance were impeccable. The wine was delicious and well recommended with our dishes. The servers were outstandingly nice and helpful. The quality of the food was amazing, the flavours just wow! The timing of the service was also impeccable. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. The price is totally worth it.
