Didn’t buy a motorcycle from there but they hosted a fantastic event for their opening. Store looks great with lots of bikes. Hopefully service will be good too.

Bought my first Harley with the help of Alex at Pfaff. He was great answering all my questions, let me understand my options, and overall the experience was fantastic. They made me feel like I was part of their family. All the staff was fantastic. Jean Luc in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable on parts available for the bike. Great customer service. Would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Harley to go see Alex.

Big shout out to Todd at Pfaff HD. I had my 1999 Fat Boy in storage with them over the winter, and when I went to fire it up for the first time this season, it was uncharacteristically backfiring. Not only did Todd jump in to troubleshoot, but he explained and showed me each of the steps he was taking to try and get down to what the issue was. Suspecting the spark plugs, he showed me my gunked up ones, gave them a clean, and we fired it up. Wasn't long before it started backfiring again, so I jumped over to parts, got two fresh ones and Todd switched them up for me on the spot, topped me up with fuel and off I went to ride for the rest of the day.Grateful to Todd for helping me kick off my riding season safely but also for taking the time to explain and troubleshoot with me.

This is a mixed review. Great store. Friendly folks. Great bikes. But the customer service is pretty bad. This is my experience with booking spring service for my 2013 Roadking. I called on 4 different days (during business hours). All 4 times a receptionist said nobody was at the service desk and she would be happy to take a message and service would call back. I left my name and number 4 times with no call back. I used the Pfaff service website to request service. I received a robot email stating a call back would occur but never did. I finally got through after a 5 attempts. I made an appointment for 10am and dropped it off on time for oil change.At 4pm I called to see if it would be ready. It took 4 calls over 30 minutes before anybody answered, When they checked my bike they told me it would not be ready because nobody had started it yet (after having it for 6 hours for 10am appointment.) This business has great potential but they treat their customers with a careless and sloppy attitude. They are pretty comfortable with their Harley monopoly in the Toronto area. If I had any choice I’d go elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Harley-Davidson for more than 20 years – and I know what I like.The Pfaff dealership is amazing! They have a wide range of new and used bikes on display and a fantastic selection of merchandise and parts and accessories.As a female rider, I have always appreciated the support and patience for all my motorcycle needs – service, storage, accessorizing, and general operations.The team at Pfaff are always helpful (thanks Chris and Todd!).The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to the sport and providing the best possible customer service. I always enjoy my visits – and always leave as a happy customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

He was very knowledge in answering all my questions that I had and helped me by providing me with his personal experiences from riding. PFAFF Harley did not disappoint. The team there was great and made my first motorcycle buying experience smooth and great. Jonathan in sales is a stand-up guy answering all my questions and responding in a prompt, timely manner. Couldn't have made the sales process easier. Jean-Luc in parts was fantastic in the way he walked me through all the part options for my new bike, got me exactly what I was looking for and worked along side sales/service to get them all put on and ready. These guys were amazing, efficient, friendly and gave me a better deal than another local dealership. Greg Katz helped me throughout the purchase. My only regret is that I don’t live closer to shop there all the time and have them service my Road Glide 3. Highly Recommend them for ALL of your Harley needs. 100% that I would go there again.
