I am surprised to read that people had a negative experience with this location. I went in today and have nothing but a positive experience. The girl I dealt with was incredibly helpful and super nice. I would highly recommend them.

Maleesha (sp?) was great help in troubleshooting why my phone network wasn't working and worked quickly, efficiently and safely to get me back up and running. Although I came equipped with information after being on the phone with TELUS customer care for almost 2 hours ahead of going to the store, once I arrived in the store and mentioned my issue, I realized that they were ready to go with the same recommended troubleshooting steps I was provided over the phone. I'm thrilled that the day I ended up needing assistance was the day I ended up getting the best in-store service I could have asked for. NGL, I even advised the call center tech support rep that I was wary of going into the store without knowing exactly what I needed to ask for since my past in-store experiences hadn't been as positive.

Anthony @ Telus Bolton went above and beyond to help my father with his new phone and upgraded plan. Unfortunately what Loyalty promised was not delivered. Anthony’s patience and assistance (with the help of Donna from CS) made everything right after much discussion. It was a daunting task. Thank you Anthony for being so understanding and helpful.

I went for my renewal last week and Aman gave me the best service. She is so polite and knowledgable.

Worse place to go to. Josh isn't helpful at all. He is a pushy salesman.

One of the worst store i have ever been to. Please don't waste time by going there . Went to buy a Blank Sim Card and they were charging me double the price. When they looked at Telus website at the right price, They Simply decline by saying we don't price match.You are not price matching to any other store. You guys only sell one company product and its on your own website.I guess they should have spent more time on reading policies and focusing on work.

Went in to upgrade and had a little hiccup with my activation (by no fault of theirs mind you).Jordan was on top of things and helped me out until everything was working perfectly.She was very kind and understanding towards all my concerns.Displayed a lot of patience to deal with all of my questions about plans and policies.I had a great first time Telus experience here.Thanks!

I'd like to thank Brian for helping upgrade my phone yesterday at the Bolton location. He patiently explained all my options and answered all of my questions. In addition, I'd like to also recognize Mel and Anthony for their professionalism earlier in the week when I brought in another phone that needed some repair. I would definitely recommend this location for all your telecommunication needs.
