They demaged a lot of my car! Not sure the extent of the cost yet or I would share that here as well. I tried for a month or more to work with them during covid to see if they would help me maintain since I couldn't go myself and my car has been sitting 6 months! They were extremely rude right off the bat! Wouldn't help at all and would just call me uneducated and say I'm in a mood when I wasn't. Just concerned for my thousands of dollars in their possession! I stated I needed to call cops or something to see if they were doing things right! That is what made them start treating me so bad! Cause I wanted to educate" myself on covid 19 measures! Obviously I didn't make them so don't know them all. That is something hanover storage claimed they did know all of as they are all knowing but didn't care to share with their customers! Don't care about customers property! So after a month of me being told horror stories about this place

Great value for the money!I stored my seasonal recreation stuff there (skis, snow board, summer fun stuff, etc.) great new facility with clean interior storage and an automated conveyor so you don't need to lug anything up stairs! Great value for the price!
