Great shop! Wonderfully kind, knowledgeable, and patient employees. Fsir pricing, fast service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a go to for your watch needs. The hardest part was finding the shop in the crowded floor, but that's a compliment. Other business in the vicinity are gaudy and covered in neon. These guys are focused on doing quality work that's more of a draw than the biggest signage.

My 2nd time going there. These guys are super friendly, the place is clean (Michigan map on the wall got my attention!), they got me in and out in a snap! No problems getting batteries changed in my watches. Highly recommended, I will be going back!!

These guys were able to repair my wifes old sentimental accutron watch when she had been turned away prior, being told it was too old to repair. They even put a new crystal on it without me asking. It took much longer then expected for reasons that was not their fault. Appreciate the nice work guys. My wife cried tears of joy.

I recently received a Citizen watch my grandfather wore. I don't think it has great monetary value but it had a lot of sentimental value to me and since It didn't run and was pretty beat up I took it to Art Dial and they/Jose were amazing. They got me original Citizen parts (band and crystal) and put a new battery in to get it running again. One of the best parts of this experience was that Jose was able to find out that it was made in 1983 based on the serial number, 1 year after I was born which meant a lot to me. Owning something my grandfather wore that long ago really made it worth every dollar. Will come back for all watch needs!

I had a service done and crystal replaced on a vintage watch. Because it’s a vintage I asked that they clean it but not polish the case. They were super friendly and courteous on the phone. They took the time to answer questions about it since it was my first mechanical watch and the results when I got it back were great. The watch runs and looks awesome.

They are very skillful with fixing the issues, timely with their repair. They are a stress free business. They sell quality watches and accessories to go with your prestigious time piece. I took a 1954 Rolex Oysterdate Perpetual here for an overhaul.After about two weeks, the watch was ready. This watch keeps time extremely well now. Prior to service, it would lose about a minute per day.Art Dial Watch did excellent service and they guarantee their overhaul for a year. Their communication was excellent as well.5 stars, and would return again. I cannot recommend this company enough - they did excellent work!

Super quick - brought my watch in around 2pm to get the crystal replaced, and they called my 5pm to tell me it was ready. Fair price too, and they accept cashapp payments
