The second time I used John and his team was for a kitchen renovation which turned out beautiful. John worked with me to ensure that the kitchen had everything that I needed and the design was incredible. Working with John was easy and he is easily accessible for any questions. We had a flooded basement due to a failure sum pump. We called Restoration Canada and they were knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and professional dealing with the excess water, moving belongings, cleaning up and drying the place. They mitigated the problem fast and efficient and dealt directly with our insurance company.

From the moment we called them during Christmas holidays with our basement flood. Alex was there with the team within 1 hour. They helped us navigate our insurance and they were quick and efficient. We have used Restoration Canada twice after our plumbing system failed both times. They are one of the best professional contractors I have ever worked with and I have overseen many renovation projects over the past decade.From the very beginning both times, John and his crew responded right away when I called even on Sunday evening and sent men to start the clean up process before the flood got worse. They were disciplined about wearing masks and laying down floor protectors to get all the equipment in the basement. Because we had to tear the flooring and drywall, they were very helpful and thorough about packing up our belongings well and storing them safely.During the clean up, they were once again thorough and removed all the flooring, drywall to ensure it could all be dried before the water could spread. And helping us manage through the insurance process was once again an incredibly helpful process as they helped us navigate all of the estimates and paperwork. Our insurance, Desjardins even said that Restoration Canada are one of the best contractors to work with.Lastly, we had them help with the renovations and they did an incredible job restoring our home flawlessly and while keeping the area clean and wearing a mask throughout the entire process.We have used Restoration Canada twice now and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were referred to Sal when we found mold and water damage on our basement ceiling. They gave us a quote within a few days and were able to start the following Monday. Turns out, there was damage to our vent system which was leaking condensation on the ceiling so they had to remove a portion of the ceiling, replace the vent pipe, and then fix the ceiling. Took two separate contractors but the whole job was done in 5 days. They cleaned up perfectly, replaced the furniture they moved, and removed all trash. Very professional and everything we wanted in a repair job.
