This company has been far and away the most difficult, dishonorable, and unprofessional railing company I have yet to encounter in my profession as an interior designer. Besides the incredibly subpar workmanship, the team was unresponsive and dismissive throughout the entire process. Their actions delayed installation by several months, which subsequently affected the rest of the construction process. Despite countless meetings, both at their shop and on site, they still managed to incorrectly install the decorative balusters in a completely haphazard order.The company has refused to take responsibility for this egregious and terribly conspicuous error, leaving the homeowner with no recourse but to accept the poor quality workmanship that they, regrettably, paid top dollar for. I sincerely urge any prospective clients to look elsewhere.

All I can say is this company has been in the business for over 50 years for a reason!I built two custom homes and the sales rep was super helpful, coming out of his way to deliver samples the day I would request them.The entire process was even simpler when the order was placed. I received an installation date from them and they even came a few days earlier which worked out great for my schedule.Hats off to the Canadian Railings team. Looking forward to working with them again.

Don't get me wrong they have nice products that are good quality but what awful costumer service! I ordered a railing from them for my house and the inserts for the pickets were on back order for over 2 months. I had to wait much longer for my railing to be installed. When they finally installed my railing it wasn't installed properly and they had to come back and fix it. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

I’m hoping my experience is unique but unless your order is multi $$$thousand in size you won’t even get a response from their sales team.I needed just three posts, and was asking for a custom look. I drove there twice and called twice, each time I was told the sales rep was not there or could not see me at the time. I asked for a follow up call and was told it would happen “by tomorrow at the latest”. One week later and still no call.I’m ok with the order being too small for them to bother, I just wish they were honest enough to tell me and not have me waste my time

Hi all, in response to some of the issues with some customers, we at Canadian railings apologize if the experience wasn’t met to their standards and we continue to improve daily.There is also some fake reviews Like “Amanda Papas” . We actually have no record of this home owner - I myself, don’t actually deal with private customers nor was I ever confronted by a home owner. This accusation is false. I have a very capable sales team who takes care of that role of the company.We continue to strive for improvement and lead the industry with railingsThank you

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not respect or value your time. I have an ongoing issue for a year now and they make excuse after excuse. No shows on appointments and they don't let you know.

Horrible!!!!!!! Stay away at all cost. Working environment is toxic. If buying a product, make sure you check the craftsmanship.You've been warned

Been waiting 6months for these guys to come back to correct the alignment of the spindles on my staircase. How do the leave homeowners with this hack job and feel good about yourself?? Worst part they've been back 3 times to take pictures and nothing else. Unbelievable. I will post an update once this gets straightened out.Update:Had to get 2 stair threads replaced(done by Alpa Stairs & Railings Inc, really happy with their work).Canadian Railings came back to correct the alignment of 4 spindles.

Very good place! Had to make few small order and the guys helped me to design and make perfect.I do recommend this place as those guys friendly, professional and the most important the service is very good. End up better than expected.Special thanks to Antonio.Shlomy
