They did a great job. The staff were friendly and efficient. Parts took a little longer than expected due to Covid. I was quite surprised to pick up my car nicely cleaned in and out.

Excellent experience. I was out the door within 20 minutes with a rental after dropping off my vehicle for repairs after an accident. They keep you updated regarding your vehicle repair stage online. Staff are friendly. Everything about the customer experience is what you should expect from a business.

Recently had my 2015 mustang repaired here and I am very happy with the service. I was worried about the alignment of my rear wheels after being rear ended - they were able to check that in house. I was worried about matching the vinyl wrap on my car for the replaced components - they were able to do that in house.Overall a great experience and I’d like to thank the fix-auto Burlington team for their great communication, patience with my inquiries and most importantly, the quality of the repair work (good as new).

I have a couple of cars and have been to Fix Auto with both of them. One of the cars had collision damage. The customer service was excellent, communication was excellent, the work was excellent and the turnaround was as estimated. I also brought in this car for a small job today, and despite COVID-19, all of the above applied, and their protective measures for the pandemic were excellent. The second car was brought in for a paint job. In addition to their customer service and communication being excellent, the work was excellent with as before, the colour match in the paint job was perfect. One last point, when providing estimates for a repair/paint job, they clearly explained my options, discussed the price and value of each option; moreover, there was absolutely no sales pressure and they ensured I made the best informed decision as it applied to my needs. Highly recommended!

Great friendly staff. If you have an accident they do avgreat job of keeping you up to date and beautiful job. My car looks new.

Our car was damaged when we were rear-ended. I had an estimate from Fix Auto and then when the insurance company asked if I had a preferred repair shop I asked for Fix Auto. I received fantastic customer service (thanks Helena and Alex!) and the work done was excellent. I kind of hope I never have to return due to another accident, but if I do, I am confident that we and our car will be very well looked after.

They made the process super easy! I had a bit of a troublesome third party that wasn’t returning my calls but they were able to contact them and get all of the payment info and all I had to do was bring my car in. They had to replace my whole bumper but did an amazing job and it looks brand new!
