DISSAPOINTEDAfter being sent on a wild goose chase from location to location being told the part I was looking for was located at the next outlet, the part was finally located in Ottawa. Coming in from out of town I was extremely disappointed that after waiting on the phone for ages no one ever picked up therefore had to come into Calgary specifically.Then after locating the part, I had to pay extra shipping and their only delivery service is Loomis which is a dreadful delivery company but it was the only option. Order from Amazon or somewhere else, this process wastes so much time!

The guys answered the phone doesn't seem to be interested at all to help. It was such an inconvenience calling him. I don’t recommend their service to anyone. I’d give zero star if there was one.

i have been on the phone for almost 1 hour still no one answered the phone. can you not afford another few phones? i know it is a long weekend and if your closing early ,i understand.but please let us waiting on the phone know

The guy I talked to on phone did not seem interested in helping out or answering questions at all. I was still talking to him and he hung up on me. I tried calling back the next second, but he wont pick up my call this time. I saw that couple other people have provided similar feedback here, and the business has responded stating that this is being looked into, but that clearly does not seem to be the case. If you are thinking of giving this place business - I would suggest that you spend your money some other place that knows little customer service.

Was looking for a timer for my dryer and luckily they had the exact part number that I needed. Can't really rate their customer service as I didn't really ask for advice or anything regarding my problem, but they were efficient.The important thing is that I now have a working dryer again!

I bought LG washer door latch assembly here but was given a wrong one. The lady was very helpful when I returned there. She asked me to call LG directly. LG gave me a different part number which was out of stock when I return here. My money was fully refunded by the guy that attended to me subsequently. This is the place to go for appliance parts.

Service was a little long on the phone but it must have been a lot of people wanting parts also, got the part faster than I thought perfect fit and easy to intall price was close to the same on other sites. Called main line to ask for a part. Lady said it was at all locations. I headed to one across town. Buddy grabbed one, TOO big! Had to go back and his reply to my querie was “though it would fit, guess not”. What a pain to have to go back again and then to have to go to yet ANOTHER location for the right size. No “sorry for wasting your time or for the mistake”. Too bad Trail appliance cannot get better quality employees (or train them to do their job correctly or at least acknowledge errors properly) Annoyed >:(
