Today me and my husband went to get his taxes done and the girl was new and I’m like ok everybody has to learn, so we were there for like a hour or more so at the end she said stuff about rrsp , which all of the years we did taxes it was always basic and always had refunds, so at the end of filing she said my husband owes $84 so we think she did something wrong , could someone please get back to me how he can get a redo over and another thing they don’t tell u they charge u for each t4 , will never deal with this company ever again

Had an awful experience. I went down 4 times, and every visit was a failure. One time, a woman called me to come down and do the tax return and so I went down as fast as I could. Once I showed up, the manager dismissively said It's too late he has to come back tomorrow"
