Darryl is a very good real estate agent. he helped us getting the very good house at very competitive price. he went out of his way to negotiate the price with the owner. he has very good knowledge of the KW area and suggested us which areas we should avoid. sometimes he showed us the property in couple of hours of notice. he also referred us to very good mortgage broker. since we are new to the country we didn't get pre approval from any of the banks, so Darryl referred us to Derek Lacey and he got us approved for the mortgage. this was very big help. I and my family would personally like to thank Darryl and Derek in getting the house in Kitchener. We wish Darryl all the best for the future.
