Place is nice. Staff are friendlyMy 2 star is due to equipment being too old ... monthly fee for the equipment provided is too expensive . They do not have full range of equipment you may need to go through your work out yet they charge the same as LA Fitness or Goodlife!Locker is not free and you have to pay for it .Owners need to invest a good $$$ to bring it to an acceptable level.Parking lot is not done it's just gravel and during winter time it's just sheet of ice you are walking on.

Good prices! A clean gym with everything you need but no frills. always lots of parking and never too overcrowded so you are almost always able to use exactly what you want when you want it.

Expensive for a no frills gym. It's comparable pricing to Movati in Guelph. So I think it's on the expensive side for what you get. The cardio machines are set up infront of an unflattering mirror. It's a little hot inside if you are doing cardio. Clean and friendly staff. When I go in there are usually several cardio machines that aren't working and some that have missing parts.

Really impressed with staff, Emma especially. Super nice, warm and welcoming. We actually love some of the old school equipment, it is well maintained and does a better job then some of the newer versions. We visit every time we are up in Port Elgin.

Good gym, friendly staff however very old machines and only one spinning bike that is old and not 100% working. Changing room is clean even if it smells a little because there is no door for the toilet corner. I am on rehab after ACL surgery and I found what I needed for my exercices. No towels offered.

It's a nice place with friendly staff. However most of their equipment is at least 30+ years old and I couldn't completely finish my workout due to some equipment i never seen in other gyms and the instructions to use the equipment were worn out.
