Couldn't be more impressed with Mike and his staff. Made my first large event planning so much easier with his quick responses and planning help. Staff on the night of were friendly and professional. The food was still the big standout though as everyone raved about it. The salmon and roast beef were really incredible. Don't hesitate to hire Country Catering for your event, you won't be disappointed!

We hired Mike and his staff for our wedding at the UBC Boathouse. We loved working with Mike since he was so flexible. Him and his staff brought out cheese boards that we had made supplemented with some of his own appetizers. The buffet dinner was great (we had the west coast deluxe). The food was fresh and tasty. He adapted to our later dinner schedule and everything ran on time. Dessert and the late-night snack were also good! We were really pleased with how easy going Mike was to help adapt our special day to exactly what we wanted.

Mike and his crew did amazing for our wedding! We had people asking us for days/weeks after about who catered the food. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their catering needs. We never once had to go find him or have any worries. Mike was super accommodating to our needs.

We hired Mike from Country Catering for our wedding and we can't speak highly enough about our experience with him and his staff. Weddings can be a stressful endeavour but each meeting with Mike brought us a greater sense of calm and assuredness with our plans.Once we got in contact with him he was incredibly proactive. We never had to chase him down because he would make arrangements with us first and even when we had to reschedule he was always accommodating.When we did meet, before we could ask him about what we should do or how to do things he had already brought it up and had ideas on what would work best. When we had an idea that might pose a problem he would let us know in an upfront and honest manner and we worked it out. He was flexible on his menu and let us customize a few things that we felt would make our day a bit more special. Moreover, he never tried to oversell. We knew exactly what we were getting with his services and nothing came as a surprise.When it came down to the event the food and the service were both exemplary. We had 150 guests and the snacks, dinner and desserts were overwhelmingly well received. The staff were quick, efficient, and took care of everything.If you're having a large event I would urge you to give Country Catering a call and meet with Mike. I'm sure that once you speak with him you'll feel confident your event will be well taken care of.

Mike and his staff were a joy to work with for our wedding. Mike remained flexible and allowed us to change dates when we had to postpone due to Covid restrictions. Mike and his team were great on the day of our event as well. Very professional.We received many compliments on the food from our guests. If I were to organize another event I would hire Mike again.
