Party room is very spacious

Called for information about how to ship packages to the building and spoke to an extremely unhelpful receptionist who flat out refused to assist. All I needed to know was how to get mail to you guys cuz our packages keep getting returned to sender...

Extremely noisy neighbors, left , right and top!.. party at night 2-3am. Management and security too lazy to care, moved here 2 weeks and filed 5 complaints. Its better to just call police.

Ultra chic and very comfortable.

I lived in both of 370 and 372 builidng, 370 is much better, since less residence. much more quiet, cleaner and people much nicer. opposit building full of tenants and people. this location is amazing, if you choose a place to live, choose 370. yes, workout gym and parking lot always vacant, its really nice!!!!

Public storage security goes unattended, no camara is inside the locker room. Our locker was robbed twice. First time was in December during holiday, we reported to the lobby and were told to check if anything lost they'll report to police, no more action and things got on hold. We nicely put stuff back, but it was robbed again two weeks ago. Our lock was broken again and stuff is everywhere on the hallway. Reported to the security and management, this time is being told they're on it and asked us to report to police... How difficult and how long will it be to put on camara?? Even stuff in the locker room are suggested to be not valuable ones, this is not the excuse of negligence, our safety should be guarded.

Looks nice, clean and safe to the outsiders but lacks building management and security for residents

Royal Gardens Condominiums is operated management by the real estate agency. Every rooms at condominium are all clean, new, and quality atmosphere. Since 2017, tentative friends move in at single bedroom home. Utilities as electric and water are to paid bills, every monthly (2017).
