Cozy's Towing

Made a service call for one of my unit towing from Nippigon to Thunder Bay. While I placed service call they were nice and schedule to be there at 5-6 AM. When i call the driver (Rick) around 5:45 AM to know about the ETA , he was rude with bad attitude, blabbering ( may be he is still sleeping) and didnt even answer of my question and hang up the phone with say, dont call me again. Then i call the dispatch he was also rude and tell me the driver is on the way. Its almost 2 hours driver is still not arrived yet. When i call him again, he was again rude and didnt give me the ETA. Its big mistake that I choose these silly people for service. I would like to give them -10 stars if i can do. Disappointing

Called for a boost and after we found out the battery was dead dead the driver went out of his way and drove me to Canadian tire and back. Awesome people. Great service

Extremely poor servizes with very bad attitude. The driver had not even attempted to help whereby a pick up truck( not a towing vehicle)was able to pull us out easily. The company even denied to give a refund without giving any services. There are pictures with me which shows that it was perfectly safe to wrench our vehicle out and a good citizen helped us without any hesitation and a towing company staff denied. It is totally a joke for a company which specializes in towing. I did not even complained about the situation but I just wanted my mobey back but they even refused to give it.When asked to give a complaint to BBB, they threatend that they wont give me my money.

Moved my truck from one side of town to the other. Tow driver was fast and very friendly. Cost of the tow was less than I anticipated. Overall great experience.

Paid at 1pm to have truck towed home. Got a call ar 5pm and told that I won't get truck delivered till next morning and that not to worry I wouldn't be charged extra. The truck was in there impound..and it was because they ended up getting busy??? So I asked for a refund and said I would have another company come pick it up as it was needed for work and was refused that there impound had just closed. So never prepay them as they are willing to take the cash and renag on the deal.. s%it service

Mark from Cozy Corner Towing was friendly and so kind when he arrived to pick up my vehicle to be towed to the dealership after the battery died. He even called me to let me know it had been dropped safely and locked up with the keys in the drop box.We always use Cozy Corner Towing—the best in town.

mom got stuck in my gf driveway...very complicated stuck...lol they were there ina jiffy.

Sadly I've done business with both tow yards in town here. Haha.. Although Cozys has the best price at 150 a tow and 25 dollars a day the service was slow and you had to retrieve your own vehicle. Gary's towing is I believe 50 a day. Same for the tow but we were in and out in 5 minutes and the brought the car to us. We were at the cozys yard for probably 45 minutes then you had to walk in the back and retrieve your vehicle.... I don't recommend either I recommend driving safely and never doing business with either of these places !
