BIG Q

I recently purchased a car from here and have been chasing down a bill of sale and inspection report. I was told it would be emailed to me that night. Have reached out every possible way with no answer. Actually I did get an answer assuring me I would get the bill of sale and am still waiting. So now my very soon to be16 year old daughter has a car that can not be driven. There were also some repairs that were supposed to be completed before she went for her license. I'm doubting those will get done as I can't even get some paperwork from them.

Shady business!!!!!! Stay away !!!!! Do not engage into a business deal with this so called Business".A family member had given a down payment to this business. And now they are being completely ignored and avoided by this business. Being told that "The secretary is not in/not available". I wouldn't even give them the satisfaction of this one star from Google! How can you take money from people & then not follow through with any type of product that the money was intended for. That's fraudulent behavior. This family member worked very hard to save up what they could in order the obtain a reliable vehicle to be able to get to work. They are young. And full of ambition. BIG Q shouldn't be robbing young hard-working people from their independence in trying to make their own successful business deals. Had I known earlier that the family member was just trying to depend on themselves to find a good car dealership. I would have warned them to not engage in any type of business with this crooked place !!!!!"

Took 5 weeks to get the vehicle, had trouble on the first day. Tyler the owner is a greaseball and you feel taken every time you talk to him. Highly recommended NOT buying from this place!!!!! They did pay 2000$ for damages caused by a stone cracking the radiator (not by me hitting a rock) but because there was no wheel well liners on the truck and no mud flaps, which they lied through their teeth saying they measured them which is impossible to measure nothing. Save your self the head ache shop somewhere else!

Talk about a terrible way to run a business. Inquired by email about a price on a vehicle listed online. Was told to text for info. Not wanting to give my number immediately out as I work nights, I said can you tell me the price first. Tyler declined. Not sure what their game is but it sure seems sketchy. They lost a cash customer, would never attempt to deal with again. Buyers beware.

Bought a used vehicle that came with more issues then I know what to do with. 1 star for me for buying this vehicle and 1 star for them for selling a vehicle with known issues. No functioning AC, CEL came on 20 minutes after they dropped the car off.. service is defensive not helpful.. overall bad experience. Hope yours is better.To further respond to Tyler comments, I had to ask for the work order after the sale and was never shown it prior. I never demanded any work to be done, i even offered to pay it myself. In fact I called to ask what they think i should try next because the car broke down the day after I got it and your service manager put the blame on me. She continuously was interrupting me, being rude and had no clue what she was talking about. She did just as much yelling as I. I have no idea what you are even referring to when you say third party, I didn't take the car anywhere? Thanks for making that up. Funny how you say you would have agreed to pay for the work now when you don't even know what the car required and you had previously told me everything was fine and it doesn't need any work. I sent a text message explaining my frustration to the sales number and was referred to the service manager who was absolutely no help. I gave you more then enough chances to help me out but you decided not to. Thanks a lot Tyler.

6 months into owning the Jeep that I paid $7500 for ... I have two mechanic bills totalling $10000. Unbelievable. These include critical safety issues for the vehicle that should have been checked and taken care of prior to selling. I have reached out on all available avenues regarding this situation, and have been ignored / ghosted on all communication.

Decent dealeship, good for 1st time buyer, mechanical issue not disclosed properly, at the time of purchase oil leaking right after the trade. But it happens for old cars. After one year I am struggling with severe oil leaking..

Absolutely terrible service and experience. They will pester you constantly trying to make a sale, but once the deal is done they will never return calls, messages, or live up to promises or guarantees made.They claim to offer post sale warranty and repair services, but will never return your calls or messages. They never intend on actually doing what they say, but will lie to your face to make the sale. They even wrote on our bill of sale Customer has concern over leaking rear main seal

I have been a BIG Q customer from the start. I have purchased two vehicles from BIG Q. I purchased a Jeep and a Ram. I cant say enough good things about the transactions as whole. They had the best price in the province. They also gave me what I thought was a very fair trade in value. I also have been a service customer as well. Cassandra is always a delight to deal with and tells me what has to be done and what can wait on my fleet of vehicles. The estimates are well laid out and very detailed. I know the parts they use are top quality brand name and not purchased from a discount parts store. I trust there mechanics for all my repairs. I think this business is huge asset to the local community and provides a much needed service to the community Wynyard. I highly recommend BIG Q. Thanks again BIG Q TEAM ! WE WILL SEE U AGAIN SOON
