We have purchased raw dog food and bully sticks for 2 years from the Grant park location. It is nice to have a location closer to us to drop in. Always helpful and quick delivery.

VERY disappointed. Bought a $30 dollar toy for my puppy maybe 18 hours ago. She didn't even play with the igloo. Went to give it to her today and realized it is torn at the seam. Brought it back to the store to exchange and was told no. Very disappointed in the customer service and even more so you can see it ripped at the stitch in the seam NOT RIPPED from my dog. Will not come here again. Will also be posting on social media with pictures not sure how to do that here.

These guys are top notch. Delivery is incredible. Customer service is probably the best I have received in a long time. I definitely would say give them an opportunity to earn your business they did with me by bringing in all of our petfood and I don't need to go anywhere else.

Pet has food allergies. Such limited selection at the big stores. Was surprised to find pure raw foods and more limited ingredient foods here. Employee(owner?) explained all the differences and answered all questions thoroughly. Reasonably priced.

They had an awesome selection of products. Lots of parking right out front and staff were pleasant and helpful. Definitely a good rewards program too. These guys have free delivery in the city. Definitely worth giving them a try!
