I agreed to 1 one year conditional discharge with the understanding it would be off my criminal record in a year that's not the case. After I agreed to just a 1 year c.d the judge then 2 minutes later hits me with a 3 year abstain and refrain which wasn't apart of me plea deal. He didnt get my charges reduced . every time i tried to ask him a question in court he said we will talk about it later. I had recordings that would prove my innocence but he didnt even want to listen to them . hes hard to reach wont tell you much . I dont get in trouble often but i had better luck with a public defender. Oh and he didnt even tell me i waived my rite to an appeal

If I could give ZERO I repeat ZERO stars I would. Unprofessional, just tells you to agree with whatever is being said, doesn't bring up your concerns or thoughts in court. Will side with the other party especially dss. Never once returned phone calls hence unprofessional behavior and has a down grading attitude. Won't bring up clients proof, or documents while in court and will back stab ya and side with other party after assuring you the opposite. Beware don't say I didn't tell you so. Call legal aid asap. #notlawyermaterial
