They are QUICK. I really didn’t think it was 24 hour service but originally our furnace stopped on a Saturday night and they were at my house mid day Sunday for no extra Sunday costs. We’ve had a couple different things go wrong with the furnace and all 3 techs we have had (Bryan, Miguel and Saleem) were great.

Bryan arrived on time, gave me detailed answers about my concerns, worked very professionally. Great service!!

We needed a refill on refrigerant for our unitI called and spoke to Brandon K and he was very helpful with amazing communication skills. He reassured me that they could get someone by 9pm but if not the next morning/afternoon which was reasonable for my husband and I.An hour or so later we get a call from Comfort Masters (I forgot her name, but sounded nice as well) saying their technician would be able to come by my unit around 6:30pm! Which was way earlier than expected so this was amazing. At 6:30pm, I get a call from the technician letting me know that they were just parking.The technician Derek was very knowledgeable and provided us with tips and advice as new homeowners. He found the issue and did a quick fix.My AC is now fixed!Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!Thank you for the help and service from beginning to end!

The motor on the air handle died in the very cold weather . The guy was super helpful but the cost of the pump and repair was quoted at around $1900 or a new system at around $9600. We borrowed neighbours electrical heaters and did some investigation. Got a motor for $385 - higher efficiency and much quieter. Installation was 5 hours at $85 an hour . Much cheaper and more efficient but you have to be brave and put some work into it - I did feel pressured to make a decision right away . A guy from the company did visit up that night to talk thorough replacing the whole system . I might have caved if my husband has not said he wanted to think about it . That is when we did the research and got a much better deal .

Tried to book something urgent regarding a leaking AC, tried to get someone same day but said sorry all booked up. OK then next day, this is urgent, and she said no problem. Then I get a call from some dude in a call center saying my appointment is no good (message from some dispatch he said??), need to reschedule for Saturday at the earliest.Unprofessional and unacceptable. Got an appointment for next day from a competitor. Avoid these people, they only want the emergency repairs ($$$$).

Had a heat pump system installed in our home. We wanted a 3 head unit, we were told by their service technician/salesman that 2 was more enough for our home. 15,000$ for a 2 head 1.5 ton system. Our house was cold, temperature outside only -4degC and we had to have sweaters and slippers on to be warm and use our baseboard heaters. The company has a guarantee that the thermostat will be within 2degrees of the setting, or they will make it right “no hastle”, no “loopholes”, but the dining room which; the unit was in was 3degreesC lower and the room down the hall was 8degreesC lower. We tried to talk with our salesman and other customer service representatives and we were told a technician would be coming out for a 6 hour appointment to “make it right”. My husband took a day off work and the service technician checked the unit and said it was working properly and there was nothing more he could do and that it must have been a miscommunication and left after 20 minutes. After another 2 weeks of back and forth we were quoted another 9000$ to have a third heat pump installed. Putting the heating system at almost 25,000$ plus tax for a 3 head unit. Meanwhile our next door neighbours had one installed by the exact company for 17,000$. (Which we referred them to, and never received our $100 referral fee like we were promised.) We understand that having a third head installed would not be free and we would have negotiated the cost but $9000 was just too much in our opinion after already spending $15000 and not being satisfied. They called my husband at 9:00pm this Sunday to tell him they wouldn’t compromise and they want to come remove our heat pumps within the week, “asap”. Least to say we are pretty unhappy with the service we’ve been provided and their “Guarantee”.
