Wrapped up my workout at the gym (Goodlife by Markham and Select) early with the intentions to get booster juice. Arrived at this location at approximately 9:30pm only to find that their CLOSED even though on google it says they close at 10pm. UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS. I wasted my time and gas to drive all the way there only to find out their closed.

It’s first time ever someone has asked me if I have allergies and recommended me a new smoothie açai avalanche (very refreshing). Although it was very busy around 12 pm today but the guy in black shirt took his time out and provided brilliant customer service. Give a shout-out to this guy . I guess his name is Avi. Definitely coming back .

They close at 8:30pm on Fridays. Well at least today (March 17th) they were closed. No after workout shake for me :(. They should update their hours.

Friendly staff, I always order online, so interaction isn't too necessary. However, staff is always friendly and treats me the same as other customers. For a simple pick up, I like how they don't make me wait too long in line, they typically ask if I am picking up and just give me my smoothie before or while they're making a smoothie for another customer. This decreases unnecessary time spent inside the store and is greatly appreciated.

If I could give this place a -1 star I would. Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced, The manager is extremely rude & dismissive he clearly needs more training on how to deal with customers.

I wish I could give this place a -5 star. The worst customer service | have experienced by far. The manager is rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. He needs way more training on how to deal with customers and employees properly. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. My advice would be to go to another location.

Glad they open late at night, I called yesterday May 13th and they missed my call but I immediately got a call back and they accept my order 10 mins before closing. Thank you, will definitely return again.

Beyond disappointed and disgusted with their service.I ordered 3 different drinks and one single shot of ginger+lemon+turmeric....and this is what they offer me.I usually ordered my booster shot at different locations and it's always well mix and very clean. Unfortunately this location at Markham Rd and 16th have a very terrible worth ethic. I spoke to the manager and the staff so kindly. And I've been told this is just how we were taught to make it and we don't have a mixer."No mixer? Booster Juice don't have mixer? Now that's interesting.I just hope they change how they prepare their food and service.Last photo was the booster shot I ordered in brampton location."

Back when the mask mandate was in effect during “covid”, they stopped allowing mask exemptions inside the store at one point and would only serve you outside the store in whatever crazy weather conditions. It didn’t make any logical sense for “covid” and I refused to be dehumanized/segregated like that. Complained about it, brought up human rights code, mask exemption legislation, and eventually got them to provide service to mask exempted people again back inside the store without discrimination. Still it was insulting to one’s dignity to even have to go through all that. Don’t dehumanize or discriminate like that ever again please.
