Value and ServiceI was referred to Hitek Built-In Systems from a colleague who talked very highly of the owner Kris and the great value of his services. When I spoke with Kris he was professional and knowledgeable. After he explained in detail to me the quality and benefits of many products I purchased a set of central vacuum accessories from him at a fair and reasonable price that was less than many competitors. Several months later I had issues with my central vacuum unit that came with my house and he again took the time to explain and troubleshoot with me over the telephone. His great instructions and patience save me the cost of a service call. He could have easily just book an appointment and charged me, but he honestly wanted to provide excellent customer service.

30 years of prompt skilled service to our businessAstrovacs are well built reliable machines. Ours is used 365 days a year to vacuum our 2 storey business premises. On occasions when hoses or attachments have suffered hard use by employees, Kris has provided prompt expert repairs. He has spare parts and the knowledge when to repair or replace. Kris is a true professional.

I've known Kris since 2012. No surprises. Service first. He does everything he says he will do. Nowadays most vacuum shops have no idea how to actually do repairs andthey just want to sell you a new vacuum. Very pleased with his repairs to my Astro-Vac central vacuum and then some. I would recommend Kris without hesitation.

I have been dealing with Chris for 35 years and he has been the most honest and reliable person I have ever met. I have called many times to see what might be wrong with my central vac. and he will trouble shoot over the phone and fix the problem when he could very well make a trip to your home and charge you a house call.
