Pretzels are my favorite snack. I'll always stop by here when I go to the mall. My favorites are the Toscana and the Sugar Cinnamon! Yum!!!Service was also amazing. Definitely recommend!

First time trying the pretzel bites was in Medicine Hat and boy were they good. So fresh and soft and warm. Amazing! I thought I'd have the same experience here in Lethbridge and both times have been disappointing. The pretzel bites seem to be cut too small so they are overcooked, crunchy and dry (even with butter). The cup is only filled to the rim and no more, wouldn't hurt them to spare a few more. Lastly, the service in Lethbridge is mediocre - unhappy staff, slow, not up for plus selling.
