I love this place. I wish every country has a place to help immigrants, you ask for whatever you want and they actually help ypu find out for yourself and your future. They help out in all kinds of projects.

Best place to be to get all orientation needed to settle in Quebec and Anywhere in Canada! Great and courtesy inclined workers from reception to the people you meet....You don't need to be scared you can't speak French or English because they will put you tru and get you encultured in all aspects! Great people, thanks a million Caci- you guys are simply the best!

We’ve been waiting for 2 hours, the service is hideous

When we went to apply for health insurance cards for my brother’s family (and his wife, who is seven months pregnant, and his two daughters ), an incompetent employee filled out the applications for us. After a week of that, we called RAMQ to expedite the applications. We were surprised that the employee submitted only one application for my brother, and no any applications were submitted for his pregnant wife and two daughters. This caused them great harm, as they were not accepted into any clinic or hospital to follow up on the wife's pregnancy without receiving a letter of eligibility from RAMQ. then we submitted the applications ourselves on the RAMQ website by follow up the instructions step by step. We thought that our use of this center service will save us time and effort, but unfortunately, we only had delays and disappointments.
